Andrew is part of the three-man analysis team with the Wales squad. He gradutated from John Moores University Liverpool in 2003 having studied Exercise Physiology. He then took up an MSc in Performance Analysis in 2005. He has been with the Welsh Rugby Union since 2006.
He attended Coleg Sir Gar and played rugby for Nant Conwy.
