Caroline Morgan has worked as Personal Assistant to the Wales National Squad and Coaching Team since 2002.

Working alongside Wales Team Manager, Alan Phillips, Caroline coordinates the administrative duties and responsibilities for the office of the players, coaching team and squad management.
