John Ashby

John officially took up his current position with the Welsh squad after successfully completing his internship with the union.

Formerly attached to the Newport Gwent Dragons, John was formerly with London Wasps in 2007/08 where he worked alongside Shaun Edwards and Ian McGeechan.

Having graduated from the University of Bath studying Sport and Exercise Science with Professional Placement in 2009, he completed a post graduate diploma in nutrition on December 2012.
