Sophie Bennett

In her role as Performance Manager, Sophie oversees all aspects of women's performance rugby in Wales which includes strategy and talent identification among other numerous duties.

Bennett returns as Team Manager of Wales Women and is also heavily involved in men's age grade rugby, being Team Manager for the Cardiff Blues regional sides.
