Meinir Jones

Meinir is currently working as part time GP in Swansea and has been involved in sports for over 10 years. She has covered rugby for the last eight years, having worked with Connacht, Cornish Pirates, Ospreys and more recently with Worcester Warriors as well as Welsh Academy teams.

She was also involved with the Sydney Olympics covering several events, and more recently was one of four doctors with Team Wales in Delhi at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.

She splits her time between General Practice and Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine and is a mum of two, and enjoys long distance running in her spare time.
