The WRU have established a Rugby Enterprise Academy to identify and develop future rugby administrators and commercial personnel of the future. Similar to our WRU rugby player academies we want to identify the very best talent in Wales, provide a structured development programme alongside academic studies to fill future employment and skills gaps at a Regional and National level that will drive the fortunes of Welsh rugby business as a whole. Job Title: Community Engagement Officer

You will be responsible for developing club engagement in the community, to establish volunteering needs in the club and suitable avenues with a view to engaging new volunteers through a recruitment event. Building on the knowledge gained through the Sports Management / Sports Development modules, the Community Engagement Officer will assess the clubs needs, prepare a strategy for volunteer engagement and design and deliver a recruitment event for the club.
