Coach Development Officer x2

Job Description:
The Welsh Rugby Union is seeking to appoint two Coach Development Officers, one in the Scarlets region and one in the Ospreys region.

Each individual will be responsible for creating support programmes and structures to develop high quality development and 'pathway' coaches. The individuals will also be required to ensure all coaches in the relevant region have no barriers to their progression other than their own ability and drive.

Elite Coach Development Manager

The Welsh Rugby Union is seeking to appoint an Elite Coach Development Manager who will lead the development and delivery of a world-class elite coach development framework which will enhance the pathway for elite coaches. The successful candidate will also work closely with all associated with the player pathway in order to ensure that the Rugby Department achieves its high performance goals for the game in Wales.

The Welsh Rugby Union is seeking to appoint a Regional Rugby Co-ordinator in North Wales who will be responsible for facilitating and managing programmes of work that will maximise habitual participation in rugby at schools and clubs with a specific focus on the recruitment and retention of players into senior rugby.
