Job Description:
Programme Goals:
The Men's International Primary objective is to develop players capable of succeeding in Senior Regional and International Rugby. We do this by working closely with the players and Regions to provide appropriate individual development. The success of our pathway teams is also important and winning at U20, U18 & 7's levels is a key objective.

The Role:
This role is a fantastic opportunity to have a significant impact of the development of the next generation of Senior players for Wales and the four Regional teams. In conjunction with the Physical Development Manager you will oversee and deliver an integrated programme of physical development across the international pathway. This will require building excellent relationships with Regional and National staff to ensure players are robust and optimally prepared for the demands of the game.

The Person:
You will have experience of successfully designing and implementing physical performance and development programmes for elite and development pathway athletes, ideally in multiple sporting environments. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for and ability to meet the challenges and opportunities of working within an elite sport environment. You will have a sound underpinning educational background, and an ongoing commitment to your CPD, giving an evidence base to practice the art of coaching. You will also be highly motivated, with excellent emotional intelligence, a self-starter who has the ability to influence and effectively drive change. You thrive in a dynamic high performance environment where there is high challenge together with high support.

Job Description:
The Welsh Rugby Union Group is seeking to appoint a Store Manager who will be responsible for the day to day running of the WRU store and motivating all store staff be it casual or permanent to achieve the retail budget. You will also be required to develop new store opportunities such as product development, marketing and operational to improve functionality that will enhance the customers WRU experience in line with the retail strategy.

Please note, you must have at least three years experience as a Retail Manager.
