Joined the WRU Board in 2011 and represents District E.
He played for Swansea Uplands and has been club secretary for 33 years. He is also Vice President of Crawshays Welsh. He is a former WRU referee and is a former secretary of the Swansea and District Referees Society.
He is a Citing Commissioner. He was treasurer of the British Telecom and Post Office Rugby Union (affiliated to the RFU).
