Joined the WRU Board in 2002 and represents District F.
He played rugby for St Luke's College Exeter, Llanelli, Ammanford, Brynamman and Tycroes. He was later secretary of Ammanford for 23 years.
He has been a local government officer for Carmarthenshire County Council since 1989 having previously worked for the National Coal Board.
