The inaugural Welsh stage of the Premiership Rugby Sevens will kick off on July 26 at the BT Sport Arms Park, with a feast of derby clashes in store for fans.
The four Welsh regions will battle it out in the first-leg of the competition for two places in the Series Final at Twickenham Stoop on Friday 8 August.
The tournament is now in it's fifth year and the Cardiff Blues, Newport-Gwent Dragons, Scarlets and Ospreys will all be looking to take Gloucester's crown at the first time of asking.
Game one of the Arms Park showcase sees Ospreys take on the Blues at 7.15pm before the Dragons face back-to-back clashes with the Scarlets and Ospreys. The Scarlets will take on the Blues and Ospreys before the home side face-off against the Dragons in the last fixture of the day.
Former Wales Sevens and current Blues star Richard Smith said: "The exposure that Sevens gives to your skills and defence is crucial in a players development. It's only when you run out in a sevens game that you realise how exposed you are, there's no hiding place.
"You feel that much sharper in the XV-a-side games when you go back to playing in them. It's a home tournament for us and we want to put on a good show."
Scarlets winger Kristian Phillips said he's also looking forward to getting back to his roots on July 26.
He said: "I'm excited to get back and have another go at playing sevens, especially representing my region at the Premiership Rugby Sevens. It's a good competition that has great rewards, if we can do well and progress to the Twickenham Stoop final, it would be great for the boys to test themselves against the English."
Ross Jones, who has also played on the IRB Sevens circuit and has just signed a new two-year deal with the Ospreys, added: "The good thing about sevens is that there is no hiding place. If you aren't up to par you will get found out, which I've found put on a few occasions!
"But to have the Premiership Rugby Sevens here is awesome to showcase your talents, especially on this Arms Park surface.
"There's no better way to improve your fitness and skills in pre-season than playing sevens."
Ollie Griffiths of the Dragons said: "It's a massive opportunity for youngsters and fringe players to put their hands up for possible regional selection. It's a massive shop window to show what we can do."
