Jenkins, the world Test points-scoring record-holder, will appear as a second-half substitute in his 100th and final match for Wales.
"I hope the public get right in behind Neil and come along and show him what he means to them," Hansen said when announcing his team for the match.
The side contains two uncapped players in the starting XV - Neath prop Adam Jones and Leeds backrower Alix Popham - while a further two uncapped players, Bath backrower Gareth Delve and Llanelli scrum-half Mike Phillips, appear on the bench. Cardiff backrower Martyn Williams will captain the side.
"This is a good opportunity for a lot of players before we fly out to Australia and New Zealand," Hansen said.

Meanwhile, Swansea youngster Huw Bennett has been called into the touring squad to Australia and New Zealand after hooker Gareth Williams strained a hamstring in training. Bennett is the third late call-up to the 30-man squad after Mike Phillips (for Ryan Powell) and Chris Wyatt (Michael Owen).
