Neath captain Lee Beach is keen to be back at the Millennium Stadium where they won the SWALEC Cup last year. Cardiff Blues are through to the first final of their existence as a region, beating Northampton to get through to Twickenham in the EDF Energy Cup to the delight of coach Dai Young, while we also hear from their chief executive Bob Norster about preparations for facing Toulouse at the Millennium Stadium.
Finally the WRU centre of excellence at the Vale of Glamorgan resort is coming on all the time, we hear from owner Stephen Leeke about the new all-weather pitch which will be one of the best in the world.
