Cardiff Quins were in rampant mood against Neath Athletic to record a 59-7 win while Pontyclun secured a 30-5 victory at Seven Sisters.

In Division 1 East Gweernyfed were no match for Blaenau Gwent with the visitors romping away to an 80-10 triumph. In the other match Abercwmboi disposed of Blackwood with a 35-0 triumph.

On a day of high scores, north Walians Dolgellau strolled to a 76-0 whitewash of Whitland. In a closely fought affair, Waunarlwydd edged out home side Cowbridge 20-14 while in the remaining match Kidwelly defeated Amman United 21-0.
