The group will be presenting a commemorative plaque to all 13 rugby clubs visited and will be joined by members of the rugby clubs as part of the trip. All those taking part will receive a Scarlets match ticket for the Munster game as a thank you from the region.

Iwan said: "This should be a great event and we are really looking forward to raising funds for Ray Gravell's charity as well as meeting plenty of Scarlets supporters along the way. To have the support of people like Rupert Moon, Gareth Jenkins and Simon Easterby as well means it will be a memorable occasion for all involved and we are hoping for lots of donations as we travel around."
