UWIC are one game away from reaching the final of the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Mens Rugby Premier Championships.
The Cardiff students defeated Bristol University 27-9 in the quarter-finals to set up a semi showdown against Exeter University to be played at Rodney Parade, Newport on Wednesday (kick-off at 7-15pm.)
The other semi-final will be played between Loughborough University and Hartpury College.
If UWIC can brush aside the challenge of Exeter they will travel to Twickenham on Wednesday 22nd April 2009 for the final.
