Top seeds Cardiff Blues will earn a home tie against either Leicester Tigers or Bath Rugby in the semi-finals of the Heineken Cup if they can brush aside Toulouse in the quarter-finals.

David Young's side will have to reach the last four the hard way as they will have to repel the challenge of three times Heineken Cup winners Toulouse who are always a difficult proposition in the knock-out stages.

If the Ospreys manage to beat Munster in the quarter-finals at Thomond Park, Sean Holley's side will then have a home tie against either Harlequins or Leinster.

The draw for the Heineken Cup semi-finals, to be played on the weekend of 2/3 May, was made in Edinburgh earlier today.

Heineken Cup Semi-Final 1: Cardiff Blues or Toulouse v Leicester Tigers or Bath Rugby
Semi-Final 2: Munster or Ospreys v Harlequins or Leinster
