Wales Name Squad To Compete In The Commonwealth Games Sevens.

Seven senior internationals are included in the Commonwealth Games Sevens squad, with Swansea having the biggest representation.
While some of the squad are still playing in the Under-21 World Cup in South Africa, they will link up with full international players Robert Howley, Dafydd James, Gareth Thomas, Arwel Thomas, Shane Williams, Gareth Wyatt and Matthew Robinson.
The full squad is: G Baber, E Lewis, G Wyatt (Pontypridd); B Breeze, J Forster, G Gravell (Newport); R Howley, R Sowden-Taylor (Cardiff); D James, G Thomas, C Richards, P Jones (Bridgend); G Swales M Robinson, A Thomas, Jonathan Thomas, S Winn (Swansea); M Phillips, Gareth Williams (Llanelli); S Williams (Neath).
Meet the members of the WRU's inaugural Youth Board - after an online selection process which saw a host of high calibre candidates submit video applications the WRU has made its first 15 appointments.The board is made up of individuals aged between 16 and 21, and will meet for the first time at Principality Stadium on Monday 15th February.
