RGC1404 are holding two girls' skills days in August
The North Wales coaches and development officers will be running two skills days in preparation for the 2010-11 regional season.
These will be taking place on Sunday, August 8 at Bala RFC and Sunday, August 15 at Caernarfon RFC.

Nearly 40 players were involved in the first Wales Under 18 training session of the season. WRU National Performance Manager Gethin Watts is excited at the potential shown by the group and expects the Regional Under 18 Championship to hone their skills even further.
