The Dragons went on to lose the match 20-10 but Morgan says his team are on the up after he got a late call up in the absence of the Pat Leach who is suffering with illness.
He said: "It was unbelievable, it was the best atmosphere I've ever played in.
"Running through the tunnel I thought, Oh wow. I was expecting a big crowd but I looked around and froze for a second but realised that I had to switch on.
"I've been training all week with the boys and I knew I was going to be in the squad but we found out yesterday that Pat Leach wasn't very well and it was 50/50 for whether he'd be okay for today but unfortunately he wasn't.
"But I was happy that I got the opportunity to start and play most of the game. We were under the cosh in the first half, we just defended and defended.
"But then we started to get ourselves into the game, we were on the front foot and we felt confident as we were getting the ball wide and breaking the gain-line.
"It was good, we had a good rhythm going at one point, we were on the front foot and I thought we could have taken the game away from them but we just needed to execute our chances better.
"Compared to the Treviso game our defence was outstanding, we were making tackles and stopping them from getting over the gain-line in defence and our missed-tackle count was very low.
"There was a big Ospreys following but I could hear the Dragons fans too so it felt comfortable. "
