Argentina will arrive in the capital with a host of big names who play their rugby in the northern hemisphere but Creevy won't be among them after he suffered a knee injury playing club rugby at the weekend.
The 28-year-old picked up the problem in Friday night's 21-6 defeat to Bath and has since had surgery as a result. Creevy had an operation to repair a meniscus tear earlier this week and he now faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
No date has yet been set for his return but he definitely won't feature at all for Argentina on their European tour. As well as missing the November 16 clash with Wales, Creevy won't be available for Saturday's opener against England and their third and final Test in Italy.
"Gus has been ruled out after he was forced off through injury during last Friday's match," said Worcester boss Dean Ryan, whose side are currently without a win in all competitions so far this season, having lost all seven Aviva Premiership fixtures and drawn one and lost one of their Amlin Challenge Cup games.
"It's obviously disappointing that he will not be available to us as he has had a fantastic start to his Warriors career."
The news is equally disappointing to new Pumas coach Daniel Hourcade given that Creevy had been in fine form for Worcester since arriving from Montpellier via Argentina's Rugby Championship campaign last month.
The former Biarritz, Clermont Auvergne and Pampas front rower made his Worcester debut off the bench in Amlin Challenge Cup defeat to Sale and has won regular praise from Ryan ever since.
He was involved in all six games in the Rugby Championship and currently has 28 caps to his name. Although only two of those have come from the starting side, Creevy was expected to play a significant role this month given the powerful impact he has historically had from the replacements' bench.
