"The challenge to the players before the game was to give us something to think about and they certainly did that," said Gatland following the game.
"Now we have got a few selection headaches ahead of the Fiji game and that is exactly what we wanted.
"Obviously we will sit down and go through the tape over the coming days but I thought the playing coming back from injury played well and the bench made a real impact.
"The guys really went out and put their hands up for selection.
"At times the team out there was very young and in the second half I thought we were very patient and finished the game well.
"We knew we had to come and get a bonus point and we started well but we did get a little complacent and to be fair Namibia put us under pressure at the end of the first half.
""At half-time we spoke about being more clinical and controlling the game and we were a lot more effective in the second half. I thought we looked slick out there especially after making 11 changes from the previous game.
"Injury wise we are not too bad, a couple of players took a few knocks but we are ok. The players returning from injury played well and the ones in the squad who are injured are on track for a come-back so things are looking positive."
