"I've always been a massive Welsh rugby fan, since as far back as I can remember. My Dad and Grandad are from Merthyr and have brought me up to support Wales.
"My father works in the army so as a family we have lived all over, including England and Germany but wherever I have been I've always supported Wales whenever and whoever they play. I try to get to as many matches as I can. I watched them beat England which was amazing.
"I'll definitely be following them in the World Cup, I'll be setting my alarm and getting up any hour to watch them play."
Rebecca presented the supportive messages to Wales captain for the weekend Martyn Williams prior to the Argentina game, at the team's Captain's run. The messages have been immortalised in print in a special book that will travel with the team to the southern hemisphere for the world's greatest rugby tournament.
