- Registrations will close on May 20th 2007
- The random draw will take place on May 23rd 2007
The registration window will be open for 35 days and is not based on a 'first come first serve' basis. This draw for tickets will be open to all members of the public around the world and 30,000 tickets are available across the three matches.
During the registration process for the draw applicants will be asked to indicate the matches they wish to be considered for. Three separate draws will take place for each game starting with the Final, then Semi-Final 1 and finally Semi-Final 2.
Winners will be removed after each draw. Therefore, it is only possible to win the right to purchase tickets for one game. Each winner will have the right to buy a maximum two tickets for the game they have been allocated.
Applications will officially open at 1100hrs (French time) on Monday April 16th 2007 at the following websites:
Members of the public in France can apply by visiting any branch of Société Générale, an Official Rugby World Cup 2007 Partner.
This public ticket allocation draw for the Final and Semi-Finals follows an earlier closed ballot draw that took place last month. People eligible for the ballot were those who had previously purchased pool and quarter-finals tickets which earned them an allocation in the ticket ballot.
A similar number of tickets were allocated to the public via this ballot system. Unsuccessful applicants in this ballot may enter the public draw.
Members of the public should remember that only tickets bought through official Rugby World Cup 2007 sources are valid. Supporters that buy their tickets through non-official sources risk being refused entry to the stadium, being evicted from the stadium or having their tickets cancelled.
