The one price entry fee covers all rides and entertainments for the day and thrill seekers can attend on the opening weekend, from the 22nd December to 24th December and in the New Year from 2nd January to 7th January 2007.
Edward Mellors of Funderworld said "Funderworld is the only mobile theme park in the UK and this Christmas and New Year we intend to help make Cardiff the UK's top family winter destination."
Paul Sergeant, Millennium Stadium chief executive, said "The Funderworld Brand is known and respected throughout the UK, we are delighted to be associated with such a family product. It's a fantastic opportunity for families to entertain the children in the Christmas break and not have the weather dictate the fun."
Plans are already in place to give away 6,000 special £1.00 entry tickets to charity and voluntary organisations on December 16th 9.00am to 12.00noon with all income going towards Ty Hafan, also a special schools promotion where children entering Funderworld with special tickets can earn £1.00 each towards their school funds.
Mr Mellors added, "we also intend to spring a few surprises, notwithstanding a Ski and toboggan area, a family Boxing Day Special ticket priced at £24.99 for 2 adults and 3 children and indoor snow effects in association with Snow Boy who provide snow for many blockbuster films."
Details of how to apply for these offers can be found online at www.blizzardfunderworld.com or for tickets call the ticketline on 029 2023 0130.
