Meanwhile, the Ospreys, who are hot on the heels of the Blues, must travel to Rodney Parade this evening for a game against the struggling Dragons. The region came out on top 22-13 when the sides met earlier in the competition, after the initial game between the sides had been postponed due to a serious injury to Richard Kelly.
The Dragons will be hoping to use their home advantage to good effect having lost their three games to date. High Performance Manager Ron Schottle said: "It has not been a good start to the season in terms of results, but as far as developing the players, I think we are pleased. It would be nice if the boys could register a victory over a very good Ospreys side."
