At The Gnoll, 5.30pm on S4C - Referee: Donal Courtney (IRFU)
Neath-Swansea Ospreys head the Celtic League with two wins (over Munster and the Scarlets) from two matches. It is not their first spell on top of the pile as they headed the table briefly after round five last year.
The Ospreys have won five of the six previous Celtic League games they have played at the Gnoll with the exception being a 25-36 reversal to Leinster last November. Cardiff Blues have three losses and a draw from their last four away matches with their last 'on the road' win coming with a 22-18 scoreline against Leinster at Donnybrook on 5 March.
The Ospreys and the Blues each easily won their respective home matches when the two sides clashed last season - the Blues winning 43-6 at the Arms Park in October, and the Ospreys 34-13 at St Helens in March.
