The talented Beck has progressed through the Ospreys academy system before establishing himself in the Ospreys senior squad in the 2011/12 season.
He was called into the 2012 Wales RBS 6 Nations squad for the training camp in Poland prior to the tournament but didn't feature in the championship.
The former Wales U16, U18 and Sevens representative had to wait until the first Test in Australia (June 2012) before earning his first cap as a replacement where his first contribution was deftly off-loading the ball to Alex Cuthbert who burst clear to score.
He made his first start for his country the following week in the second Test in Melbourne.
