The powerful UWIC player is a skilful runner who possesses a great turn of speed. Her brother is Ken, hooker for the Scarlets.
The student has represented West Wales at hockey and has played rugby at Under 19 and Under 20 level for Wales.
She earned her first cap when coming on as a replacement against England in 2011.
