As Wales Under 20s captain, Adi led her country to victory over arch rivals England in the 2009/10 season. A talented sportswoman, she is more than useful as a badminton or table tennis player.
Adi scored her first international try against Ireland at Pandy Park in the 2011 Six Nations campaign.
