Originally from Bala, Redman has played for Wales at both Under 19s and Under 20s level.
An all-round sportsperson, Ceri has represented Gwynedd at netball and played hockey for North Wales.
She missed the 2011 international campaign after taking a break from the game but returned at the beginning of the 2012 Six Nations tournament.
