‘Treacle’ is a FE Lecturer and plays her club rugby for Caernarfon, having previously played for English side, Waterloo. A talented sportswoman, she has played county level in a number of sports including hockey, netball, swimming and cross country.

She is a UKCC Level 3 rugby coach and lists Liza Burgess, Brian O’Driscoll, Shane Williams and Keith Wood as the players she admires the most. She claims she used to be 6ft 2in – until someone stuck her in the front row.
