The scrum half earned her first cap as a second half replacement for Amy Day against Ireland in the 2014 Six Nations championship but didn't earn her first start until the final game of the season against Scotland at Aberavon.
With the emergence of Kiera Bevan, the swift-passing Moore has also had to contend with Rhiannon Parker who made her Wales debut in the 2016/17 Women's Six Nations as Day made her recovery from a serious injury.
