The strong runnng centre got his first taste of Sevens during the summer of 2011 where he played for Wales in three of the four legs of the FIRA series - he played in Bucarest, Barcelona and Moscow.

He has previously played for Neath in 2009/10 before spending a season in Australia where he turned out for Brisbane Bulldogs.

Having successfully completed an apprenticeship in Technical Sciences, he is now studying at Swansea Univeristy where he is in the second year of a Material Science/Engineering course.
