Webber was plucked from Division One East of the Swalec League where he was playing for Ystrad Rhondda when making his Wales debut in the 2012 Dubai Sevens.

The rising star had formerly played rugby in New Zealand on South Island’s west coast where he played for Greymouth Marist. He impressed the Welsh management while on trial with the Sevens development squad and is now looking to consolidate his position in the squad.

He scored his debut try in the IRB World Series in Dubai 2012 in the 27-5 victory over Fiji in the Plate semi-final.
