WRU Level 3 Referee Licence

Aims

The final level of WRU Referee qualification, the WRU Level 3 Referee Course aims to complete the basic training of a referee and grant them the Level 3 Referee licence enabling them to progress from the grass roots level of the game to the Elite level with enough practice, performance and application. Level 3 is by invitation of the WRU only.

Outcomes

At the end of successfully completing a WRU Level 3 Referee Course, applicants will have gained a Level 3 Referee Licence and will be clear to referee matches at WRU Senior Level (Division 5) and upwards to Test match level.

Entry Requirements

By invitation only, participants must have a valid WRU Level 2 Referee Licence in order to be considered for invitation.
