Bargoed provided one of the upsets of Round 2 of the Swalec Cup with a 17-15 win at Premiership outfit Aberavon.

After a week's break, Neath visit Pontypool in the SWALEC Cup on Saturday (KO 2.30pm) .

Since their victory over Aberavon at the Millennium Stadium in May 2011 Pontypridd have enjoyed the status of SWALEC Cup champions. The time has now come to defend that cherished title.
