Looking to put last weekend's defeat to Whitland behind them, the home side started well and it wasn't long before Josh Lewis crossed for the first try.
Cunliffe and Spencer Gibson soon added further scores and although a move to uncontested scrums threatened to halt Ebbw's momentum, the in-form Cunliffe burst through to score the bonus point try for a half-time lead of 24-0.
Within a minute of the restart, a quick line out saw Dan Haymond outpace the defence to touch down. With the win and the bonus point secure, Ebbw went off the boil a little though there was time for Cunliffe to add his third.
Elsewhere, a remarkable Championship clash at Pontypool Park saw visitors Llanharan claim a narrow 24-23 win over Pontypool in an action packed game.
Two tries by captain Nathan Huish secured Llanharan's fifth win of the season as they moved up to seventh in the Championship.
League-leaders Bargoed were held to a draw at TATA Steel but missed a late chance to come away with the points. Josh Prosser's conversion would have won Bargoed the game but he was unable to convert a late James Pizey try.
Whitland were once again on the receiving end of another defeat, this time away to Newbridge who won 26-12. Dan Mock scored two of the hosts' four tries who were down to 13 men during the last 10 minutes following yellow cards to Mark Cox and Luke Probert.
Narberth got back to winning ways after last week's thrashing at the hands of Bargoed with a 41-27 win at Bridgend Athletic. Skipper Jonathan Morgan went over twice as Narberth scored six tries to the Athletic's three.
Despite securing a bonus point for scoring four tries, Glamorgan Wanderers were beaten 42-28 by Cardiff Met who are now up to fifth.
A hat-trick by winger Matthew McGovern ensured a 42-29 victory for Blackwood at home to Bonymaen who stay in 12th position.
