provides an opportunity to welcome members, volunteers and local businesses from the community for a weekend of DIY and facility improvement projects but this is not the only advantage of taking part in NatWest RugbyForce
- 25 selected clubs will receive £250 towards their weekend project and of those 25 participating clubs, 1 club will receive an additional £5,000. Further details on the selection process can be found in the FAQs. Please also see Terms and Conditions.
- All other clubs who register can download NatWest RugbyForce Weekend support packs and planning materials.

What will be the format of the workshops?
A: The participating clubs will be selected by a panel comprised of a representative from NatWest and representatives from the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU). The participating clubs will be those clubs who, in the opinion of the judges, write the most apt and suitable responses to the following questions:
- Describe your project: what is it that you want to do
- How will this project help you improve the quality of the experience for people when using or visiting the Club
A: A decision regarding the club receiving a grant will be made on 8th May, 2013 and clubs will be notified of their win by email and/or phone by 15th May, 2013.
A: Each of the 25 clubs selected by the judges will receive at least £250 towards their proposed NatWest RugbyForce
Weekend project, however one club will receive an additional £5,000. The decision for the both the £250 (25 prizes to be won) and £5,000 (1 prize to be won) grant will be made by the judging (Including NatWest and Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) representatives and will be based will based on the questions in the registration form.
