Natwest RugbyForce 2014 Registration

To register for NatWest RugbyForce 2014 and to apply for your club to be selected to attend a planning workshop, all you need to do is simply submit contact details for your club and answer the two questions below.

Registration for NatWest RugbyForce closes on 29th August, 2014. (Note that; closing date for entries for the workshops and £500 support package is May 2nd, 2014)

Competition rules

NatWest RugbyForce Registration Terms and Conditions


1. NatWest RugbyForce 2014 is open to member clubs of the Welsh Rugby Union (“WRU”) and their members, employees and agents of the Royal Bank of Scotland group of companies and their family members.


2. All rugby clubs that register for NatWest RugbyForce 2014 must be a member of the WRU.


3. The NatWest RugbyForce 2014 Weekend will officially take place on August 30 and 31, 2014.


4. Registration for NatWest RugbyForce 2014 will close at 11:59pm on 29th August, 2014. Clubs must be registered for NatWest RugbyForce 2014 to be eligible to receive the incentives.


5. One registration per club. Registrations are not returnable. Registrations must be submitted online at www.wru.co.uk/natwestrugbyforce. They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter.


6. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.


7. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with NatWest RugbyForce and also agree to invest any funds and/or resources allocated to their rugby club by the Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the purposes of NatWest RugbyForce 2014, into their club's NatWest RugbyForce 2014 event.


8. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the WRU for the purposes of this promotion.


9. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post-event survey to feedback on the NatWest RugbyForce 2014 activity at their club.


10. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

NatWest RugbyForce £500 additional support Terms and Conditions


1. The NatWest RugbyForce 2014 additional support fund is open to member clubs of the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) that have registered for NatWest RugbyForce 2014.


2. One entry per club. Registrations are not returnable. Registrations must be submitted online at www.wru.co.uk/natwestrugbyforce by 11:59pm on March 31, 2014. They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter.


3. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.


4. All clubs registered before the 31st March, 2014 will be invited to attend one of six RugbyForce workshops across Wales (locations to be confirmed). Each club will be offered one place at the workshop. Club members attending the workshop must be aged 18 or over. Travel and accommodation are not included as part of any of the prizes.


5. The following incentives are on offer:
a. 30 clubs will be awarded a support package of £500 to go towards the NatWest RugbyForce Weekend 2014.


6. Decisions regarding the 30 clubs receiving the support package of £500 will be made by 18th April 2014 and clubs will be notified of their win by email and/or phone by 25th April 2014 when the information about the winners will be available by sending a SAE to NatWest RugbyForce competition 2014, Welsh Rugby Union, Millennium Stadium, Westgate Street, Cardiff CF10 1NS.


7. The judges’ decisions are final; no correspondence will be entered into.


8. Funds will be paid by cheque or BACs upon receipt of an invoice on or by 31st August, 2014.


9. The winning clubs will be selected by a panel comprised of a representative from NatWest and representatives from the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU). The winning clubs will be those clubs who, in the opinion of the judges, write the most apt and suitable responses to the following questions:
a. Tell us what your club is planning to do for your NatWest RugbyForce event.


10. The clubs receiving additional support funds will be selected by a National panel consisting of:
a. A representative from the NatWest Retail branch network
b. A representative from the NatWest Retail Sponsorship team
c. Representatives from the WRU


11. The clubs receiving the additional support fund will be those clubs who, in the opinion of the judges:
a. Benefit the most from the support package
b. Will be most engaged with the programme


12. The decisions of the judges are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.


13. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with NatWest RugbyForce and also agree to invest any funds and/or resources allocated to their rugby club by the Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the purposes of NatWest RugbyForce 2014, into their club's NatWest RugbyForce 2014 event.


14. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the Rugby Football Union for the purposes of this promotion.


15. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post-event survey to feedback on the NatWest RugbyForce 2014 activity at their club.


16. If any renovation support package is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the support package as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.


17. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
