Pulling no punches at home to Aberavon Quins, Cwmllynfell crossed over a staggering eighteen times to storm to a 116-25 victory and keep their title hopes alive with three games to go.

Tondu still remain in pole position to finish top of the division but this leaves it all to play for in the remaining weeks of the season.

This bonus point victory helps the second placed side on their quest to catch current leaders Builth Wells while Felinfoel maintained pressure of their own from third place with a convincing 46-29 away win at Maesteg Quins.
In Division 3 West, Newcastle Emlyn secured their grip on second place thanks to a comfortable 59-24 win at home to Pontyberem.
