| Jevon Groves has proved his rugby pedigree at each senior age grade level thus far. The Cardiff RFC back row has captained the Blues U20 to the 2006–2007 U20 Reebok Regional Championship trophy and skippered Wales U18 at the U18 Home Four Nations Championship during the 2005–2006 season.
2006–2007 saw Groves called up to Wales U19 squad for the spring internationals with a further call up to the Welsh squad for the IRB U19 World Championships. Groves played in each of Wales's matches during the tournament and scored a try against Samoa U19 in the Pool stages.
