| Narberth RFC's Lloyd Phillips has been a member of the Scarlets regional age grade set up for the past three seasons playing and was on the winning side for the Scarlets U18 in their winning 2004-2005 U18 Reebok Regional Championships campaign.
Phillips has Welsh Schools U16 honours and Wales U18. In March 2007 he was called up to the Wales U19 squad for the IRB U19 World Championships. He made four appearances for Wales during the tournament including the Division A semi-final against New Zealand and the 3rd place play-off with Australia.
