| Cardiff product Steve Ford gained eight caps and two tries for Wales, making his international debut against Ireland in the 1990 Five Nations tournament; Wales lost 14-8.
Ford was included in both the 1991 and 1995 Rugby World cup squads but did not play a game in either tournament. He has also represented the Wales B side.
Ford is a former Cardiff RFC player and to date still holds the club’s record of top try-scorer, with 187 tries to his name.
