| William Justin Lloyd Thomas made his Wales international debut in the 40-11 loss to South Africa in 1995. Thomas was selected for the 1995 Rugby World Cup squad but did not play a part in the matches.
Carmarthen-born Thomas gained 9 caps for Wales and one try between 1995 and 1997. He has also represented Wales at Schools, Youth, U19 and U21 levels and the Wales A team.
Domestically, Thomas has played for Carmarthen Athletic, UWIC (then the Cardiff Institute), Llanelli RFC, Cardiff RFC, Cross Keys and Newport. He later moved to Caerphilly RFC where he has captained the side and continues to play to date.
