| The Ospreys U16, who lifted the title last season, defeated the Dragons U16 10-3 at Waterton Cross.
Centre Rhys Llewellyn and No.8 Scott Hicks, who picked up from the base of a scrum midway through the first half to muscle his way over, scored tries for the Ospreys U16 with Dragons U16 full back Joseph Evans replying with a second half penalty.
However, it was all too little too late as the Ospreys U16 held on to take the victory points.
