| Victory for the Ospreys in last week's game between the sides at Llantwit Fardre earned the holders an opportunity to retain the title they won this time last year.
However, having dominated the competition this term, the North will start as favourites to carry off the silverware.
Led by the likes of flank forward Thomas Young and outside half Joseph Griffin, the North have been the stand-out side this season with half a dozen victories from their eight qualifying matches.
WRU Elite Performance Manager Mostyn Richards, who has driven forward the competition since its inception four years ago, said, "All three age group competitions have been very competitive this season and once again, we look forward to another excellent final.
"I think the progress the Blues North have made over the past two seasons in considerable and that being the case, the Ospreys will certainly not take anything for granted. They might be the holders, but they will have seen the strength of the North side this season."
