With ticket sales for Friday's Invesco Perpetual clash between Wales and Canada rapidly approaching the 50,000 mark, rugby fans are being encouraged to turn up early to avoid a last minute rush.
The match kicks of at 7.30pm and with the weather promising to be ideal for a feast of running rugby, and 1,500 sales being sold daily in the lead-up to the match, a late walk-up is being anticipated by the Welsh Rugby Union. However the WRU is hoping fans will heed their advice and turn up for the game in plenty of time to avoid any last minute congestion.

Tickets can be collected from the Ticket Office at Gate 3 of the Millennium Stadium from 8am tomorrow while tickets can still be obtained by calling Ticketline (02920 230130) which is open to personal callers until 5:30 tonight and until kick-off tomorrow or in person at their premises at 47 Westgate Street.

Ticketmaster also have tickets on sale until 5pm tonight. These can be booked by calling 08705 582582 or by logging on to their website www.ticketmaster.co.uk

Alternatively, Cardiff Blues Ticket Office (opposite Angel Hotel entrance) will be open from 10am tomorrow to give fans plenty of opportunity and options of buying their ticket in plenty of time before the match kicks off.
