Cardiff coach switches six

Cardiff's coaching staff have rung the changes again ahead of Saturday's away fixture against Llandovery.
The side shows six changes in the starting line-up after a second half comeback narrowly failed to overhaul Pontypridd at Sardis Road last week.

Four of the adjustments are made behind the scrum. Roger Davies has recovered from a dead leg and returns at full back, Ryan Howells and Shaun James are added to the threequarter line and Gareth Davies wears the number 10 shirt, with Lee Jarvis reverting to the bench.

The front five of the pack remains intact but Craig Everett and Rhys Shellard, both replacements last week, join Damian Welch in the back row.

The Blue & Blacks, who won 26-10 at Church Bank 12 months ago, will be looking to extend their winning run against the Drovers in Premiership rugby to five matches but team manager Gafyn Cooper has discounted any complacency.

He said, “Neither side has made a great start to their campaigns. Although we have done the double over Llandovery for the last couple of seasons, all of us at Cardiff remember what they achieved in the cup final against us 18 months ago. We have played in fits and starts in our three matches so far and we desperately need an 80-minute performance this Saturday.”
