Simon Easterby is back to captain the Scarlets for this weekend's EDF Energy Cup match with Saracens.
The influential back-rower returns from injury along with fellow forwards Kees Meeuws and Simon Maling.

Scarlets coach Nigel Davies told a Stradey Park press conference today (Thursday): "It's good to have them back - they're three high quality players with lots of experience and they'll definitely bring something to this match.

"This has been a big week for us coming on the back of two Friday night away trips which have meant a change to training schedules and the boys coming back have had a positive impact."

Easterby said he was eager to put behind him two weeks of frustration. He said: "I didn't expect to be out for two games but we've all worked hard this week and I'm looking forward to Sunday's game which will be a real test for us."

On Saracens, Davies said: "They're a team that plays with good structure, they've got good momentum at the moment, they've got some quality individuals and they're well coached.

"But we're excited by the start of a new EDF competition and we're committed to having a real crack at it."
